Uganda Bird Club

Uganda Bird Club (UBC) was founded in 2018 to provide a safe environment for young birders from around the world and the surrounding countries to experience the sensation of birds. The club is dedicated to the study of birds and related natural history and offers monthly field trips to top birding locations around Uganda and the rest of Uganda, participates in the Bird Counts and aims to participate in the World Series of Birding, and organizes bird trips each year to top birding sites in Uganda.

Uganda Bird Club is a group of young people interested in birds, birding, and ornithology. UBC was founded in April 2018 in Kampala Uganda. Originally formed as a means for students interested in birding to share experiences, the club has had an impressive rise ever since.
